Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free returns process. All returns and exchanges must be initiated through our returns portal. Simply visit the portal within 14 days of receiving your item to get started. Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving return instructions to be eligible.

We offer free exchanges to help you find the perfect fit or style—whether that means a new size, color, or something entirely different. For returns requesting a refund, a $10 return shipping/restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that we only accept returns on unworn merchandise with original ticketing and tags attached. We do not process returns for items that are worn, washed, soiled, or damaged.

Refunds and exchanges will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse. Refunds are issued for the merchandise value only (less the $10 return fee, if applicable). Unfortunately, we do not cover international shipping or returns at this time.
